Zero Balancing

A Zero Balancing (ZB) session brings internal balance and harmony through the use of skilled touch.  During the session, the client is fully clothed, lying on a body work table, while gentle acupressure is applied to the joints and bones. When the skeletal system (spine, shoulders, hips, feet) are relaxed, a strong unified energy flow comes through the body.

The focus of ZB is to bring the relationship of energy and structure into greater balance. For optimum health the energy and physical body must function in alignment. By working with bone energy, regular Zero Balancing  relieves symptoms  caused by   energetic or structural imbalance like headaches, backaches, fatigue, and depression.

In addition to providing relief from pain, anxiety and stress,   ZB creates inner quiet and facilitates a profound experience of wellness and integration.  Many patients have reported ZB to be the most effective form of bodywork they have received.  It is relaxing and revitalizing. A typical Zero Balancing session takes 35-45 minutes.
