Chinese Medicine Dietary Therapy

Ideally everything you eat should contribute to your health. Food should be your medicine.

Nutrition = Food + Digestion

Healthy nutrition is more than what we eat; we also need good digestion.

As part of your health assessment, I will evaluate your digestive capacity and processes. It is through food and digestion that we receive the energy to live and thrive. In addition to assisting you in improving your digestion, I will explore the therapeutic use of foods to maximize your health. Specific recommendations for dietary changes are unique to the individual client.

Though everyone can benefit from Chinese Dietary Therapy, some specific examples of some Western Medicine diagnoses that can be helped with Chinese Dietary Therapy include:

Chronic Degenerative Diseases

Auto Immune Diseases

Inflammatory Diseases

Digestive Disorders

Obesity
